What is Mentorship?
Mentorship is a professional relationship where a more experienced individual (the mentor) provides guidance, advice, and support to another person (the mentee) to help them grow and achieve their goals. This relationship is often built on mutual trust and respect, aiming to empower the mentee to develop skills, confidence, and insight in a specific area.
How can I as mentor help you?
In my professional career, I had many non-linear changes: from science to industry, from individual contributor to manager, from structured time-series to unstructured NLP, etc. I mastered quick  acquisition of any skill or/and domain and the art of staying focused.
As mentor I see my main responsibility to help you find efficient way to reach your professional goal as fast as possible and stay on track.
The goal could be:
Identify personal strength and define career goals
Understand foundations or advanced concepts in classical ML, NLP, time-series and ML/AI-Engineering and MLOps
Build portfolio with end-to-end ML-based projects
Get a promotion
Find a job in Data, ML/AI Field
Overcome imposter syndrome during probation period
...
Why paid Mentorship Is Still Worth It in a World of Free Information
Of course, you can find all kinds of information online — so why bother hiring an expensive mentor? Well, here’s what I’ve learned from my own journey. Over the past decade, I’ve taken more than 70 courses and specializations, read 8–15 books per year on Data and ML, actively attended professional events, and worked at both famous research centers and companies of various sizes. I’ve also been lucky to connect with data professionals in nearly every industry.
Yes, it’s totally possible to figure everything out by yourself. But a mentor can speed up that process and show you opportunities you might not even know exist. I’ve mentored 60+ people so far, and each experience has helped me refine my approach. With a mentor, you’re not just getting knowledge — you’re getting personalized guidance, a support system, and a shortcut to the next level.
How DOES Mentorship Plan work?
With most of my mentees I work on subscription basis: Lite (up to 1 call per month), Standard (up to 2 calls per month) and Pro (up to 4 calls per month). Each call lasts 45 minutes, and you can easily book a slot whenever it works for you using a calendly link you’ll receive via email after signing up.
Between calls, I’m here for you! If you have any questions or get stuck, feel free to reach out via email anytime — this is your space for async communication.
Your subscription covers both our calls (sync communication) and ongoing support (async communication) for a full month, starting from the date of payment. Calls need to be used within the monthly cycle. Afterward, the subscription renews automatically, resetting your call count. Please note that unused calls don’t carry over to the next month.
I also offer other flexible ways to work with me, tailored to your needs: one-time calls for deep dives into specific topics, fixed-duration programs (e.g 6-weeks "Job search empowerment"), as well as programs with with weekly check-ins and guidance.
Whether you’re looking for focused sessions or more continuous support, there’s an option that works for you!
How Long does it take?
I’ve worked with over 60 people so far, and no two cases have ever been the same! That’s why it’s difficult to say upfront how long it will take in your particular situation.
At the start of our mentorship, we’ll discuss your goals and create a program tailored to your needs and learning style. From there, we can make some preliminary estimates of the timeline to finish the program.
Ultimately, it all depends on you — the more time and effort you put in, the faster you’ll see results! I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.
Sounds great! What should I do to get started?
Select the mentorship plan, which fits you the best, and subscribe for it. I will reach out to you within 1 working day to arrange our first call and get started.
I see "No plans available", what should I do?
Mentorship is a journey that requires dedication from both the mentee and the mentor. That’s why I limit the number of mentees I work with and occasionally close bookings to ensure I can give each person the attention they deserve.
If no slots are available, you’re welcome to check again later or leave me a message through the contact form to join the waiting list.
Need urgent advice? I often have open slots for one-time consultations — feel free to book one if you need quick guidance!
